RF system

Semi-absorber hall SAC (1 and 3 meter distance)
This hall is used to measure and test electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) by minimizing reflections and thus enabling precise measurements of emissions and interference.
The 3 meter distance is important for the accurate calibration and testing of devices under realistic conditions.

Bi-conical antenna
This antenna is used for broad frequency measurements and is ideal for investigating interference in a wide frequency range.
It is particularly suitable for testing the electromagnetic emission and immunity of devices.

STLP antenna (narrowband tunable log-per antenna)
This antenna is optimized for targeted measurements in specific frequency ranges and is often used to perform detailed measurements of interference or emissions at higher frequencies.

Voltage variations, harmonics and flicker

NetWave 67.5-400
The three-phase AC/DC current source NetWave 67.5-400 enables precise simulations of important power supply phenomena and complies with the IEC/EN 61000-4-13, -4-14, -4-28 and -4-27 standards. As a DC current source, it meets the requirements of the IEC/EN 61000-4-17 and -4-29 standards.

It is used for EMC testing of inverters, electric vehicles and avionics systems (DO-160, Airbus ABD0100, Boeing), among others, and provides accurate results for harmonics and flicker tests.

DPA 503N – 3-phase harmonic and flicker analyzer
The DPA 503N with the AIF 503N75.4 measures harmonics and interharmonics caused by modern electronic power control modules.
These modules generate voltages at undesirable frequencies, which are applied to the mains voltage and can cause voltage fluctuations.
Such fluctuations can, for example, affect the brightness and light quality of lighting systems, which is known as flicker.
The DPA 503N with the AIF 503N75.4 is suitable for 3-phase and single-phase applications.

AutoWave – Advanced battery simulation for the automotive sector
Battery simulation is becoming increasingly important in automotive testing, especially for complex signal waveforms.
The AutoWave models, with 4 channels and 2-channel transient waveform generator (AutoWave-WR), offer precise generation and recording of complex waveforms in a compact device.

VDS 200Q100.2-400 – Versatile battery simulator and DC voltage source
The VDS 200Q simulates battery voltages in accordance with international standards and manufacturer requirements.
It provides a powerful DC voltage supply for automotive testing, covering voltages of 48 V, 24 V and 12 V and delivering up to 100 A or more.

Transients

UCS 200N100.2 – Ultra-compact simulators for automotive transients
The UCS 200N combines EFT/burst simulation, micropulse simulation and an integrated coupling network in a single device.
It fulfills international standards and manufacturer specifications worldwide, with an integrated coupling network up to 200 A. The system enables flexible testing beyond standard requirements by allowing waveform parameters to be customized in FreeStyle mode.

LD 200N – High Energy Load Dump Generator
The LD 200N simulates load dump pulses that represent sudden battery disconnections from the generator.
These pulses, which are generated in accordance with ISO 7637, ISO 16750-2 and other specifications, can reach a duration of hundreds of milliseconds.
The generator can also generate clipped pulses to meet international and specific requirements.

Measuring device for measuring automotive transient emissions in accordance with ISO 7637
An electronic switch, a mechanical switch and an artificial network are required to measure transient emissions in accordance with ISO 7637-2.
The artificial network simulates the typical impedance of the wiring harness and fulfills the requirements of ISO 7637-2, CISPR 25 / ISO 11452-4 and CISPR 16-1-2.

AMP 200N2
Low-frequency signal source for generating sinusoidal signals for the simulation of ripple and earth displacement noise.
Suitable for the avionics and automotive industry in accordance with standards such as LV 123 and ISO 7637-4 Pulse C. Also suitable for generating magnetic fields according to various standards.

MFG 40-100
Manual magnetic field generator for generating and adjusting currents in magnetic field loops MFC 30 for tests up to 130 A/m.
Complies with the IEC 61000-4-8 standard.

MFC 30
Multi-turn magnetic field loop with 1 and 11 turns.
Suitable for field strengths up to 40 A/m.
Complies with the IEC 61000-4-8 standard.

Burst Surge

Compact NX5
Compact tester for EFT/burst, surge and PowerFail.
Can be extended to up to 200 A per phase with an external CDN and is suitable for three-phase test objects.

NX series coupling/decoupling networks (coupling NX5)
Three-phase network for coupling EFT/burst and surge pulses on DC or three-phase systems up to 1,000 VDC / 3 x 690 VAC.
Complies with IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT/burst) and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) standards.
Full compliance for currents up to 200 A.

PFS 503N63.2
Three-phase power fail simulator for single-phase tests and simultaneous tests of all three phases.
Equipped with six individually controlled semiconductor switches, up to 100 A rated current.
Provides BNC outputs for current monitoring and can also be used for single-phase tests.
Complies with the IEC 61000-4-11 (Power Fail) standard.

Conducted, high-frequency interference

NSG 4060
The NSG 4060 is a comprehensive EMC immunity test system for frequencies from 15 Hz to 150 kHz.
It includes a sine wave generator, a power amplifier, EUT monitoring interfaces and various coupling units.
It is ideal for tests according to IEC/EN 61000-4-16 (short-time disturbances) and IEC/EN 61000-4-19 (voltage and current tests).
Matching CDNs and CTs are available for typical signal and voltage connections.

NSG 4070C-LFCP
The NSG 4070C-LFCP is a versatile device for magnetic field testing in accordance with IEC/EN 61000-4-39 and IEC/EN 60601-1-2. It integrates a signal generator, directional coupler, power amplifier, power meter and EUT monitoring.
It also supports tests such as conducted disturbances according to IEC/EN 61000-4-6 and radio frequency fields according to IEC/EN 61000-4-3 and IEC/EN 61000-4-20.

NSG 4070
The NSG 4070 is a multifunctional device for EMC immunity tests in accordance with IEC/EN 61000-4-6 and automotive BCI standards.
Its modular design enables a wide range of applications.
